Tangjiashan Site

The Tangjiashan Site is a cultural heritage protection unit of Jiangxi Province.

The Tangjiashan Site is located in Tangjiashan Group, Jiezicun Village, Chian Town, Fengxin County. Situated on a loess hilly slope with red sandy soil, it covers an area of 8,000 square meters, with the original cultural deposit layer being about 0.8 meters thick. The collected artifacts are mainly pottery fragments, predominantly hard stamped pottery, decorated with patterns such as grid, meander, and string motifs. Identifiable items include jars and bowls. Green-glazed pottery fragments, stone arrowheads, and bead-like spinning whorls have also been discovered. The abundance of artifacts found at this site provides valuable insight into the local history, economy, and culture of the time.
