In June 2003, the Xin Gan County Museum was completed and opened to the public. The museum covers an area of 82 mu, with a main building floor space of 1,580 square meters. The architectural design of the museum building resembles the shape of a recumbent tiger square ding—a bronze vessel unearthed in the region. The front entrance is flanked by decorative panels featuring taotie patterns, while the side pillars are adorned with teardrop motifs. Xing An County Museum

The Xing An County Museum is located on Santai Road, Xing’an Town, Xing An County. Postal code: 541300. Established in 1978 as the Xing An County Cultural Relics Management Office, it was renamed the Museum in 1986. It is under the administration of the Xing An County Bureau of Culture.

The Xing An County Museum covers a land area of 3,300 square meters, with a total building area of 1,500 square meters. This includes a newly built three-story reinforced concrete structure for cultural relics storage, offices, and staff dormitories, covering 500 square meters; another newly built three-story reinforced concrete structure featuring Qing-style flush gable and upturned eaves, with a green-tiled roof, east and west gate towers, a corridor, a waterside pavilion, and an ethnically styled historical art exhibition room (two stories), covering 800 square meters; as well as two revolutionary tradition education exhibition rooms, each about 100 square meters, set up in the historic San Guan Tang in Jieshou and the Red Army Slogan Building in Qianjia Temple.
