Yaya Mountain Ruins

The Yaya Mountain Ruins are located at the foot of a hill about 2 kilometers southeast of Hengqiao in Jinchuan Town, covering a total area of approximately 20,000 square meters. In 1965, the Jiangxi Provincial Cultural Relics Team conducted an investigation on Yaya Mountain and collected stone axes, adzes, blades, chisels, awls, plows, as well as pottery shards and spindle whorls. These artifacts were later identified by the Jiangxi Provincial Cultural Relics and Archaeology Department as belonging to a late Western Zhou Dynasty site.
