The ruins of the Zhao Hui King Temple are located in Linzhang County, Yongnian County, Hebei Province, covering an area of 6,500 square meters. According to a restoration stele from the Yuanhe era of the Tang Dynasty, there were already large-scale buildings and sacrificial activities here as early as the Tang Dynasty. The temple originally had seventy-two halls of various sizes, including the Zhao Hui King Temple, the Grandmother Hall, the Buddha Hall, the Ten Thousand Buddhas Tower, and the Imperial Princess Tower, but these were later burned down by Japanese troops. The current structures were rebuilt in 1989 on the original foundations in imitation of Ming and Qing architectural styles. It is now a key cultural relic protection unit of Hebei Province.

Linzhang County: Located in Yongnian County, Hebei Province, Linzhang is the seat of the county government and home to important political, economic, and cultural institutions. It is a county-level city under the jurisdiction of Handan City. The town governs 22 villages, with a total area of 82 square kilometers and a population of 135,000. The urban area covers 18 square kilometers, with 45,000 mu of arable land and an administrative population of 78,000. It is one of the first "moderately prosperous" towns in Handan, among the first pilot towns for modernization construction, one of the “Top Ten Towns for Private Economy Development,” and ranked among the “Top 100 Towns” in Hebei Province.
