Xiangzhangyuan Eco-Leisure Farmstead in Anfu County is located in Gaocun Village, Zhujian Township, Anfu County, Jiangxi Province. It is 45 km from Ji’an and 15 km from Anfu County. Situated along the main route from Ji’an to the Wugongshan National Geopark and National Forest Park, the farmstead is a comprehensive destination integrating gardens, three-dimensional farming, leisure fishing, restaurants and lodging, chess and card entertainment, conferences and training, fitness vacationing, and fruit picking. The farmstead enjoys convenient transportation, beautiful surroundings, and well-equipped facilities, making it an ideal getaway for vacationers and leisure seekers. It spans a planned area of over 3,000 acres with a total investment of 300 million RMB.

The layout of Xiangzhangyuan Eco-Leisure Farmstead in Anfu County was meticulously designed by senior designers from a professional landscaping company. The farmstead features convenient internal transportation, with approximately 4 kilometers of cement-paved roads already completed. There are seven ponds of various sizes, an antique-style quadrangle courtyard, and traditional folk buildings. Along the roadsides, 20,000 tons of natural landscape stones are artistically placed. The farmstead cultivates 300 varieties of flowers, plants, and native tree species. To date, over 2,000 large camphor trees with diameters ranging from 50 cm to 130 cm have been planted; more than 2,000 rare large-rooted podocarpus bonsai; 10,000 podocarpus trees with diameters of 10 cm to 15 cm in artistic shapes; 400 of the finest golden osmanthus trees in China with diameters of 13 cm to 20 cm; and 5,000 mature golden osmanthus trees with diameters of 12 cm to 16 cm. Additionally, there are nearly 20,000 landscape trees of various sizes including crape myrtle, yew, red tip photinia, ginkgo, schima superba, weeping willow, magnolia, red maple, cherry blossom, and elaeocarpus. There are also 2,000 landscape fruit trees such as Shandong jujube, Shandong yellow-skinned pomegranate, Zhejiang dongkui bayberry, loquat, and persimmon of assorted specifications. Currently, 20,000 ornamental foliage shrubs and bushes are interplanted under the trees, complemented by a well-designed mix of trees and shrubs with varied heights for an aesthetically pleasing landscape.

Zhujian Township: Located in the southeastern part of Anfu County, Ji’an City, Jiangxi Province, Zhujian Township borders Litian Township of Ji’an County to the east. It is 37 km from Ji’an City and covers an area of 86.8 square kilometers. The township administers 11 administrative villages—Zhengxia, Gaocun, Xiauche, Aiwu, Yangkou, Zhuli, Zhehu, Xiasha, Dianshang, Zhongtuan, and Guanxi—comprising 103 villager groups with a total population of 15,000 and 420 Party members.
