Wugong Mountain Cloud Mist Tea is produced in Wugong Mountain, Anfu. The mountain is perpetually shrouded in clouds and mist, with high humidity, ample diffused light, deep soil rich in organic matter, and a pH level of around 5—providing optimal natural conditions for tea tree growth.

The production of Wugong Mountain Cloud Mist Tea follows strict standards. The fresh tea leaves consist of one bud with two or three leaves and tender bud tips. They are harvested in batches, then go through graded acceptance, graded withering, and graded processing. The tea is meticulously crafted through four key processes: fixation (kill-green), rolling, initial drying, and final drying. The finished tea features tightly twisted, slender leaves with visible fine tips, an oily and glossy emerald green color, a high and lasting fragrance, a mellow taste, clear and bright liquor, and tender, even green leaves. Regular consumption of this tea can help quench thirst, promote saliva production, and refresh the mind. In 1984, it was recognized as one of Jiangxi’s renowned local teas. With an annual output of nearly 10,000 kilograms, the product sells well both within and outside the province.
