Tomb of Wang Yanwu

The Tomb of Wang Yanwu is a cultural heritage protection unit of Anfu County.

The Tomb of Wang Yanwu is located in Wenyuan Village, Zhouhu Town, Anfu County.

In January 1984, it was designated as one of the first batch of cultural heritage protection units in Anfu County. (Document No. Anfu [84]003)

Protection zone: 10 meters in all directions around the tomb.

Construction control zone: an additional 10 meters extending outward from the protection zone.

Zhouhu Town: A town under the jurisdiction of Anfu County. It is a major town in southern Anfu and a key area for commercial grain production. In 1950, it consisted of ten townships including Zhouhu, Wangtun, and Baizhang. In 1958, these were combined to form the Zhouhu People's Commune, which was restructured as a township in 1984 and upgraded to Zhouhu Town in 1992. Located in the southern part of the county, the town government is based in Zhouhu. It is 29 kilometers from the county seat, covers an area of 180 square kilometers, and has a population of 37,000. The town is surrounded by mountains on three sides, with flat plains to the east. The Chen River, the Fen-Yi to Wen-Zhu Railway, and the provincial highway connecting Anfu to Yongxin all pass through the town area.
