Tomb of Liu Xuan

The Tomb of Liu Xuan is a cultural heritage protection unit of Anfu County.

The Tomb of Liu Xuan is located in Sanshe Village, Ganluo Township, Anfu County.

In May 2002, it was designated as part of the third batch of cultural heritage protection units in Anfu County. (Anfu Government Document [2002] No. 33)

Protected area: 5 meters in all directions around the tomb itself.

Construction control zone: an additional 10 meters in all directions beyond the protected area.

Sanshe Village: Sanshe Village, anciently known as Shangjing, is located in Anfu County, Jiangxi Province, and boasts a history of over 1,000 years. It currently has more than 360 households and a population of over 1,700. Due to its remote location and inconvenient transportation, Sanshe Village has remained largely untouched, preserving many precious cultural relics. The village is home to the Bangbo Archway and the Tomb of Liu Duo, which have been designated as county-level key cultural heritage protection units by the People’s Government of Anfu County. The village’s weathered houses have also been listed as provincial-level key cultural heritage protection units.

To the south of the village lies the Xian’e Peak, extending from the Gaotou Mountain range, just a stone’s throw away.
