Fuzhen Academy's "Cui Sheng Lou" is a cultural relic protection unit in Anfu County.

Fuzhen Academy's "Cui Sheng Lou" is located at Zhouhu Middle School in Zhouhu Town, Anfu County.

In May 2002, it was designated as part of the third batch of cultural relics protection units in Anfu County. (Anfu Government Document [2002] No. 33)

Protected area: 30 meters in all directions around the heritage structure itself.

Construction control zone: an additional 10 meters outward from the protected boundary in all directions.

Zhouhu Town: A town under the jurisdiction of Anfu County. It is a major southern town in Anfu and a key grain production base. In 1950, it comprised ten townships including Zhouhu, Wangtun, and Baizhang. In 1958, these were merged to form Zhouhu Commune, which became a township in 1984 and was upgraded to Zhouhu Town in 1992. Located in the southern part of the county, the town government is based in Zhouhu. It lies 29 kilometers from the county seat, covers an area of 180 square kilometers, and has a population of 37,000. The town is surrounded by mountains on three sides, with flat plains to the east. The Chen River, the Fen-Yi to Wen-Zhu Railway, and the An-Fu to Yong-Xin Provincial Highway pass through the town area.
