The Liu Clan Feng Ancestral Hall in Jingkou is a cultural heritage protection unit of Anfu County.

The Liu Clan Feng Ancestral Hall in Jingkou is located in Zhoulü Village, Henglong Town, Anfu County.

In March 2011, it was designated as part of the fourth batch of cultural heritage protection units in Anfu County. (Document No. Anfu Fu Zi [2011] 29)

Protected area: 10 meters in all directions around the heritage site itself.

Construction control zone: an additional 10 meters outward from the protected area in all directions.

Henglong Town: A town under the jurisdiction of Anfu County. It is an important production area for commodity grain. In 1949, it was divided into Henglong Township and Guanjia Township, among others. In 1958, they were merged to form Henglong Commune. In 1968, it was incorporated into Pingdu Commune. In 1972, Henglong Commune was re-established. In 1984, it became a township, and in 1993, it was upgraded to a town. Located in the western part of the county, the town government is based in Guanwangmiao. It is 5 kilometers from the county seat, covers an area of 136.8 square kilometers, and has a population of 20,000. Mountains lie to both the north and south, while the central area consists of the alluvial plain of the Lushui River.
