Houli Fushen Temple is a cultural heritage protection unit of Anfu County.

Houli Fushen Temple is located in Houli Village, Zhouhu Town, Anfu County.

In March 2011, it was announced as part of the fourth batch of cultural heritage protection units in Anfu County. (Anfu Government Document [2011] No. 29)

Protected area: 00 meters around the heritage site itself.

Construction control zone: an additional 10 meters extending outward from the protected area.

Houli Village: Houli Village is located in the western part of Zhouhu Town, approximately 7 kilometers from the town government. It consists of several natural villages including Cuntou, Houli, Yangjia, and Xiaba. The village has a total of 6 villager groups and a population of 1,214, including 28 Party members, 5 members of the Party branch committee, and 10 Party members aged over 60, accounting for 37%. The village has a total of 1,207 mu of arable land and over 100 mu of forest land, primarily cultivating rice.

In recent years, the village has adhered to reform and opening up, deepened reforms, and aimed at enriching the people and strengthening the village. It has fully mobilized the role of villagers as the main participants and vigorously carried out village environment improvement efforts.
