Wenyuan Shuikou Temple

Wenyuan Shuikou Temple is a cultural heritage protection unit of Anfu County.

Wenyuan Shuikou Temple is located in Wenyuan Village, Zhouhu Town, Anfu County.

In March 2011, it was designated as part of the fourth batch of cultural heritage protection units in Anfu County. (Anfu Government Document [2011] No. 29)

Protected area: 20 meters in all directions around the cultural heritage site.

Construction control zone: an additional 10 meters in all directions beyond the protected area.

Wenyuan Village: Wenyuan Village is situated in the southern part of Zhouhu Town, approximately 4 kilometers from the town government. It borders Shanhu Village to the east, Nanwang and Maotian Villages to the west, Jixian County to the south, and Zhongzhou Village to the north. The village consists of nine natural groups, with 432 households and a population of 1,650. It has 2,852 mu of arable land and over 2,200 mu of forested mountain land. Wenyuan boasts picturesque scenery, lush mountains, and clear waters, with hardworking and simple villagers and a long tradition of scholarly excellence.

In recent years, Wenyuan Village has focused on the development of a new countryside, with the goal of enriching the people and strengthening the village.
