The Martyrs' Tomb of He Guozhong is a cultural heritage protection unit of Anfu County.

The Martyrs' Tomb of He Guozhong is located at Yinpi Bridge, Henglong Town, Anfu County.

In June 1993, it was designated as part of the second batch of cultural heritage protection units in Anfu County. (An Fu Zi [1993] No. 55)

Protected area: 10 meters in all directions around the heritage site itself.

Construction control zone: an additional 10 meters extending outward from the protected area in all directions.

Henglong Town: A town under the jurisdiction of Anfu County and an important grain production area. In 1949, it consisted of Henglong and Guanjia townships. In 1958, they merged to form Henglong Commune, which was incorporated into Pingdu Commune in 1968. Henglong Commune was re-established in 1972, became a township in 1984, and was upgraded to a town in 1993. It is located in the western part of the county, with the town government based in Guanwangmiao. It is 5 kilometers from the county seat, covers an area of 136.8 square kilometers, and has a population of 20,000. The area is mountainous on both the north and south sides, with the central region being an alluvial plain of the Lushui River.
