The former site of the garrison of the 3rd Independent Regiment of the Hunan-Jiangxi Provincial Military District is a cultural heritage protection unit of Anfu County.

The former site of the garrison of the 3rd Independent Regiment of the Hunan-Jiangxi Provincial Military District is located in Wenjia Village, Taishan Township, Anfu County.

In March 2011, it was designated as part of the fourth batch of cultural heritage protection units in Anfu County. (Anfu Government Document [2011] No. 29)

Protected area: 10 meters in all directions around the heritage site.

Construction control zone: an additional 10 meters extending outward from the protected area.

Wenjia Village: Wenjia Village is located in the northern part of Taishan Township, approximately 10 kilometers from the township government. Nestled at the foot of Mount Wugong, it comprises eight villager groups: Changchong, Shatan, Tongxi, Gaofeng, Shebian, Yuanjia, Yanqian, and Dilong, with 418 households and a population of 1,460, including 40 Party members.
