The site of Quan Ting Temple is located in Linzhang Township, Yongnian County. It was built during the Tang Dynasty.

The site of Quan Ting Temple is among the third batch of municipal-level cultural relic protection units in Handan City.

Linzhang Township: Located in Yongnian County, it is an important town in the southern part of the county, serving as a regional hub for politics, economy, and culture. It is also a key town under the jurisdiction of Handan City. The township administers 22 villages, covering a total area of 82 square kilometers with a population of 135,000. The town area spans 18 square kilometers, including 45,000 mu of arable land, and has an administrative population of 78,000. It is among the first batch of well-off towns in Handan City, one of the first pilot towns for modernization construction, a “Top Ten Towns for Developing Private Economy,” and one of Hebei Province’s “Top 100 Towns.”
