The Tomb of Song Shicheng is situated in Linguanli Village, Yongnian County, Hebei Province.

The Tomb of Song Shicheng is among the third batch of municipal-level cultural heritage protection units designated by Handan City.

Linguanli Village: Located in Yongnian County, it lies at the heart of the region and serves as an important political, economic, and cultural hub. It is also the seat of the Yongnian County government. The town administers 22 villages, covering a total area of 82 square kilometers with a population of 135,000. The town center itself spans 18 square kilometers, includes 45,000 mu of arable land, and has an administrative population of 78,000. It is recognized as one of the first "Xiaokang" (moderately prosperous) towns in Handan, one of the first pilot towns for modernization, one of the "Top Ten Towns for Developing Private Economy," and one of Hebei Province's "Top 100 Towns."
