The Zhenghe Chen Clan Ancestral Hall is a cultural heritage site protected at the county level in Quannan County.

The Zhenghe Chen Clan Ancestral Hall dates back to the 14th year of the Zhi Zheng era during the Yuan Dynasty (1354), and is located in Saixia Village Group, Zhenghe Village, Bitou Town, Quannan County.

On December 4, 2018, it was designated as part of the third batch of county-level cultural heritage protection units in Quannan County.

Protected area: 5 meters outward from the northern exterior wall to the mountain, 10 meters outward from the southern courtyard exterior wall, 6.2 meters outward from the western exterior wall to residential buildings, and 10 meters outward from the eastern exterior wall.

Construction control zone: Overlaps with the protected area on the west side; on the east, south, and north sides, the protected area extends 5 meters outward, with an 8-meter height restriction for construction.

Bitou Town: Bitou Town is located in the northeastern part of Quannan County, at the foot of Qinglong Mountain and along the Huangtian River. It is 48 kilometers from the county seat of Quannan and 49 kilometers from National Highway 323. The terrain mainly consists of low mountains, hills, and river valley plains. It borders Nanxiong City in Guangdong Province and Longnan County in the same province, serving as the political, economic, and cultural center of the northern line of Quannan County, as well as an important hub for agricultural and sideline product distribution.

The town covers a total area of 302.61 square kilometers, including 16,542 mu of arable land and 230,000 mu of woodland. It governs 12 administrative villages and 1 neighborhood committee.
