Protected area: A 5-meter extension outward from the south, west, and north exterior walls of the site, and a 4-meter extension outward from the east exterior wall.

Construction control zone: A 10-meter extension outward on the east, west, south, and north sides of the protected area, with an additional 5-meter extension from the west side of the protected area and a 2-meter extension from the east side. The maximum construction height is limited to 9 meters.
