The Former Site of the Expanded Meeting of the San-Nan County Committee in Lujing dates back to 1937 and is located in Baishixia Group, Lujing Village, Shejing Township, Quannan County.

On December 4, 2018, the Former Site of the Expanded Meeting of the San-Nan County Committee in Lujing was designated as part of the third batch of county-level cultural heritage protection units in Quannan County.

Protected area: 2 meters outward from the drip line of the main entrance on the southeast side of the site; the southwest side is bounded by the drip line, the three sides of the south corner gate tower are bounded by their respective drip lines; the northwest side extends 2 meters outward from the drip line; the northeast side has the upper hall and courtyard bounded 2 meters outward from the drip line of the upper hall, while the lower hall is bounded by its drip line.

Construction control zone: the protected areas on the southeast and northwest sides of the site are extended 3 meters outward; the southwest side protected area is extended 1 meter outward, with the south corner gate tower overlapping the protected area; the northwest side overlaps the protected area, with a construction control height of 7 meters.
