The Memorial Site of the Anti-Encirclement Campaign at Jinpen Mountain is a cultural heritage site of Quannan County and a classic red tourism destination.

The Memorial Site of the Anti-Encirclement Campaign at Jinpen Mountain dates back to 1935 and is located on Jinpen Mountain, which lies at the border of Shanghu in Longxiang Township and Wufang in Longnan County, Quannan.

On December 4, 2018, it was designated as part of the third batch of county-level cultural heritage protection units in Quannan County.

Protected area: extends 5 meters outward in all four directions—east, south, west, and north.

Construction control zone: extends 5 meters outward in all four directions from the protected area, with a maximum construction height of 8 meters.

Longxiang Township: Located in the northeastern part of Quannan County, approximately 93 kilometers from the county seat, Longxiang Township derives its name from its location near the "Hundred-Zhang Dragon Pool" and beneath the Dragon Head Pagoda. It borders Xinfeng County to the north and Longnan County to the east, covering a total land area of about 106.7 square kilometers, including 5,520 mu of arable land and 102,600 mu of forested land.

Before the 30th year of the Republic of China (1941), it belonged to Chongxian Township, Xiaojiang District, Xinfeng County. In August of the 31st year of the Republic of China (1942), it was placed under the Fourth District of Qian'an County. In the 37th year of the Republic of China (1948), it belonged to Jiangkou Township, Qian'an County.
