Re Lianhu Hot Spring in Nanjing Town

The Re Lianhu Hot Spring in Nanjing Town was formed in a low-mountain and hilly basin within the western section of the Jiulian Mountain Range in the Nanling Mountains. It lies between the national nature reserves of Jiulian Mountain and Chebaling, featuring a tectonic erosion landform with undulating terrain and continuous mountain ranges. The area has a mid-subtropical monsoon humid climate, with no extreme heat in summer and no severe cold in winter. The hot spring has the following characteristics: large water volume, with extractable water exceeding 700 m³/day, or 0.194 m³/second; high temperature, averaging 62°C, with the hottest point reaching up to 80°C.

The hot spring is located in Reshui Village, Nanjing Town, 13 kilometers from the county seat and respectively 260 km, 142 km, and 380 km from Guangzhou, Shaoguan, and Shenzhen. It is connected by secondary-level roads or higher throughout, ensuring extremely convenient transportation. At the same time, it is close to well-developed coastal cities, providing access to a rich source of visitors. The Re Lianhu Hot Spring currently hosts nearly 16 hotels (including villas) such as the Hot Spring Hotel, Jinsui Hotel, and Xinghua Village Hotel. The planned Hot Spring Town will further enhance the area, with a new hot spring-themed resort gradually taking shape.
