Former Site of the Central Bureau of the Communist Youth League of China (Yunshi Mountain)

The Former Site of the Central Bureau of the Communist Youth League of China in Yunshi Mountain is located at Laowuchang, Tianxin Village, Yunshi Mountain Township, Ruijin City, Jiangxi Province. Originally the Liang Family Assembly Hall, it has a history of over 100 years. The building faces northwest and is situated southeast, constructed with earth and wood, featuring a hanging hip roof, two halls and one central courtyard, and two stories, covering an area of 197.12 square meters.

In January 1933, the Central Bureau of the Communist Youth League of China moved from Shanghai to the Soviet Area. In April, it began sharing offices with the Central Bureau of the Communist Youth League of the Soviet Area, with He Kequan serving as the secretary. It included departments such as the Organization Department, Propaganda Department, Children’s Bureau, and the Central Command of the Young Pioneers. In July 1934, it relocated to this building from Shazhoubaxiang. The Central Bureau of the Communist Youth League of China played a significant role in mobilizing the youth, league members, and Young Pioneers of the Soviet Area to expand the Red Army, support the front lines, and develop mass organizations.
