The Central Executive Bureau of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions in the Central Soviet Area was an organization established in April 1931 in Ruijin, Jiangxi, abbreviated as the "Federation Executive Bureau of the Soviet Area," and was a mass organization for the working class in the Central Soviet Area during the Second Revolutionary Civil War period.

Established in April 1931 in Ruijin, Jiangxi, following the failure of the Great Revolution, as rural revolutionary bases were being set up, the labor movement in the Soviet Area also emerged and developed. In the spring of 1931, the All-China Federation of Trade Unions sent Liang Guang to the Central Soviet Area to establish the Federation Executive Bureau of the Soviet Area, aiming to unify the leadership of local trade unions.

The Federation Executive Bureau of the Soviet Area was divided into three departments and one office. Liang Guang served as director, Chen Yousheng as head of the Organization Department, Cai Shufan as head of the Social Affairs Department, Ni Zhixia as head of the Propaganda Department, and Wang Zigang was responsible for secretarial and office duties.

With the victories against the "encirclement campaigns" and the expansion of the Soviet Areas, the trade union organizations also grew and improved. Trade unions at the provincial, county, district, and township levels were widely established across various revolutionary bases. In early 1933, after the All-China Federation of Trade Unions relocated from Shanghai to the Central Soviet Area, the Federation Executive Bureau of the Soviet Area merged with the national federation. Under the leadership of Liu Shaoqi and Chen Yun, the trade unions in the Soviet Area further developed. By March 1934, excluding figures from the Eyuwan region which were not yet tallied, the number of trade union members in the Soviet Area had reached over 350,000. Under the leadership of the Federation Executive Bureau of the Soviet Area, local trade unions implemented the labor laws of the Soviet government, improved workers' living conditions, and educated and organized workers to join the army and participate in battles, supporting the front lines. These efforts contributed to the advancement of the revolutionary war and the consolidation of the revolutionary bases. After the main forces of the Red Army began their northward relocation in October 1934, the Federation Executive Bureau of the Soviet Area ceased operations.
