Xiaohao Beach is a must-visit destination for photographers traveling to Xiapu. With the ebb and flow of the tides, the changing seasons, and the transition from sunset to sunrise, Xiaohao showcases its colorful beauty in a new form every day. The same tides create different plays of light, the same labor evokes different emotions, and photographers are always able to produce an endless array of stunning images. Xiaohao primarily features sandy tidal flats. When shooting with the light, you can see the massive golden tidal flats at the foot of the mountain shifting with the waves. When viewed against the light, the streams flowing across the beach transform into winding, vein-like patterns on the flats, shimmering with captivating silver light that is truly thrilling.

Transportation

Take a bus from the old Xiapu Bus Station (near Beimen Hotel, also called Beimen Bus Station) to Sansha Town. There are many buses, roughly one every 15 minutes. The route passes through Xiaohao. The fare is 8 yuan, and the journey takes about 25 minutes.
