Take a bus to Xinan from Xiapu Interdistrict Bus Station (located on Funing Avenue, also known as the South Road Bus Station). Buses run every 30 minutes and pass by Weijiang (Mántou Mountain). The fare is 10 RMB, and the journey takes about 40 minutes.
