The Couple Rocks on Mount Wu Jun are nestled within a landscape crisscrossed by mountain streams, boasting a unique and spectacular scenery with peculiar pines and strange rocks, earning it the title of the premier scenic wonder of Guangze. At the summit of the mountain, atop a rocky peak, there appears to be a relief sculpture of two human heads nestled closely together, complete with all facial features—one with an affectionate smile, the other with a calm expression. The two seem wrapped in a large overcoat, conveying boundless emotions to each other. This pair of “husband and wife” has stood here for trillions of years, through the shifting of stars, wind, and rain, remaining steadfastly loyal.
