Shen Mountain Scenic Area

The "Shen Mountain Scenic Area" in Guangze County is located in Lifang Township, Guangze County, 25 kilometers from the county seat and adjacent to National Highway 316. Covering an area of five square li, the scenic area combines landscapes and waterfalls. Among its highlights is Dongguang Rock, a mushroom-shaped peak that rises over 50 meters from the ground. It runs east to west, with a cave inside that can accommodate over a hundred people. The western entrance offers a view of the sunrise, while the eastern entrance provides a view of the moonset, offering a unique experience. There is also Lion Mountain, which strikingly resembles a majestic lion; the majestic Feiyan Waterfall, which plunges over 100 meters and flows ceaselessly all year round, creating a spectacular sight. The area is also home to the well-known Thousand-Mu Guanmi Yellow Pear Orchard in northern Fujian. The Xixi Stream runs through the scenic area, flanked by lush vegetation and clear waters, making it an ideal spot for rafting.
