Guangze Hongjian Mountain Villa is a national AAA-level tourist attraction.

Hongjian Manor is located on Dapi Road in Guangze County, 1.5 kilometers from the urban area. It covers a total area of over 300 acres, including more than 200 acres of aquaculture water surface. With its green mountains, clear waters, lush trees, blooming flowers, peacocks displaying their plumage, fresh air, and pleasant climate, it is an ideal destination for leisure and vacation.

I. General Environment

1. The ecological environment around the operating area is good, harmonious with the surroundings, with air quality meeting the GB3095 Class I standard. It is a noise-free area on the outskirts of the city, situated by Guangze’s drinking water source with excellent water quality. Wastewater discharge meets national environmental protection standards, and it holds an environmental certification.

2. The building structure is sound, with a rational layout. The exterior is harmonious with the environment, rural tourism signs are clear and distinctive, the location is prominent, and the operating area covers 300.08 acres, with 6,600 square meters of reception building space.

II. Infrastructure

1. There is a 6-meter-wide cement-paved road leading directly to the manor, public buses are available, all tourism routes are accessible, sanitation and walking paths are fully paved and feature rural characteristics. There are four parking lots, accommodating small, medium, and large vehicles.

2. The visitor center is conveniently located, appropriately sized, and equipped to handle business inquiries, accommodation and dining arrangements, as well as activity planning. Public toilets are separated by gender, clean and tidy, with a rational layout—all are flush-type eco-toilets. Trash bins are clearly marked, distinctive, sufficiently numerous, and tourist signage is placed reasonably, visibly, and with easily recognizable fonts.

The estate includes one star-rated hotel, a dedicated science education and training building, and small villas. It offers 38 rooms, including standard rooms, triple rooms, quadruple rooms, and luxury suites. Additionally, there are 120 steel-framed beds for students, convenient for summer camp use.

IV. Catering Services

The restaurant can accommodate 400 diners at once, featuring a tourist dining hall that hosts over 150 people, the “First Table of Northern Fujian” which seats 50, six deluxe private rooms, and seven regular dining areas. Each private room is equipped with a flush toilet and running water washbasin. The restaurant décor reflects rural characteristics, and the dishes are distinctive—with 80% of ingredients sourced from the farm itself—all using pollution-free agricultural products.

VI. Travel Souvenir Sales

The farm grows and sells handicrafts made from gourd vegetables, as well as agricultural products such as turtles, soft-shell turtles, ornamental fish, little colorful rabbits, and ornamental pumpkins. Gift items include live turtles, crocodile meat, Shengnong food products, seafood mushrooms, free-range chicken eggs, chestnut pumpkins, mineral-water-raised fish, Shangzhuang mushrooms, Ganjing black tea, and dried wild vegetables.
