Wolongshan Park

The completed Phase I of Wolongshan (Lion Mountain) Park mainly includes: the main structure Hongguang Pagoda, auxiliary facilities such as pavilions, bridges, gates, terraces, paths, and management buildings, as well as various types of garden stones and the "Hundred Trees Garden." Within the park, an east-west mountain road leads to the summit; a north-south stairway paved with granite slabs winds its way up; newly planted flowers, rare plants, and native trees of 152 varieties and over ten thousand individual plants are nearly mature, creating a dense canopy; the shaded paths lined with more than 20 kinds of ornamental bamboo offer a serene and secluded atmosphere; along the trails, thoughtfully placed stone benches and tables provide spots for visitors to rest and chat; over 20 calligraphy stone carvings by renowned masters allow enthusiasts to appreciate fine art and cultivate their spirits. It is an important site where visitors, especially young people, can immerse themselves in nature, enjoy leisure, fitness, and sightseeing, while also receiving patriotic education.
