Youxi Village: Youxi Village is situated in the southeastern part of Luannan, 3 kilometers from the county seat and close to the railway station. It borders Raoping to the east, Pingshan to the west, Junshan to the south, and Shangtun to the north. The terrain is flat and transportation is convenient. The village has 6,012 mu of forested land and 2,261 mu of arable land, comprising 9 villager groups, 326 households, and 1,316 residents, including 37 Party members. In 2010, the per capita net income of farmers in the village was 5,160 yuan, mainly derived from wages, business, and farming.
