Xiangzhangshu Mountain Villa is one of the first batch of three-star rural tourism business units in Fujian Province and a comprehensive experience area for the original ecological life of rural northern Fujian. It is located 1 kilometer east of Shunchang County’s urban center and just 1 kilometer from the Millennium Ancient Camphor Tree Forest (one of the five outdoor filming locations for Zhang Jizhong’s “Journey to the West”), covering an area of 13,000 square meters. The villa is divided into functional areas such as dining, accommodation, leisure, parking, orchard, barbecue, gardening, fishing, karaoke entertainment, visitor center, open-air tea lounge, and fitness activities, making it a recreational venue that combines eating, staying, and playing. Surrounded by mountains on three sides, the villa enjoys beautiful scenery, fresh air, a tranquil environment, and convenient transportation. It is seamlessly connected to the urban area, with regular buses running daily, and the villa also provides free shuttle services.

The management area is covered with lush camphor trees, and the architectural structures feature strong local characteristics. The main building, with its blue bricks and red tiles, is variably situated among the camphor tree forest. The entertainment and accommodation areas are designed in the form of stone cave dwellings (one of the few well-preserved cave dwellings remaining in Fujian Province), offering warmth in winter and coolness in summer. The villa has a construction area of 2,000 square meters, with 9 halls and private dining rooms that can accommodate over 300 people, 9 karaoke rooms, and 10 guest rooms, all fully equipped.

The villa has developed 18 kinds of distinctive farmhouse dishes, which have been well received by diners. It offers a variety of activities that reflect the charm of rural tourism, such as fruit picking, bamboo shoot digging, making Chunya cakes, grinding tofu, frying oil cakes, leisure fishing, and more than 20 other activities.
