Chengdong Village is situated in the city center. The village office is located on the fourth floor of Chengdong Building at No. 73 Zhongshan Middle Road. It borders Jinglong Village, Yufang Village, and Shangfeng Village of Yangkou Town to the east, neighbors Yudun Village and Shuinan Village to the south, shares a boundary with Chengxi Village to the west, and adjoins Chengxi Village and Xiasha Village to the north. It is also adjacent to the urban neighborhoods of Beimen, Dongmen, Chengnan, Qipan, Zhongjie, Jianguang, and Heqin. The Fulong River flows through the area, and the elevation is 129 meters.
