Qizou Hall is located in Jiucun Village, Yuankeng Town, Shunchang County, dating back to the Qing Dynasty.

Jiucun Village: Located in the southeastern part of Yuankeng Town, Shunchang County, Jiucun Village comprises 6 villager groups with a total population of 1,228. Originally named Yuankeng Village, it was renamed Jiucun Village after the liberation. The village covers a total area of 10,455 mu, including over 8,000 mu of mountainous land and 1,107 mu of arable land.

Jiucun Village is situated in a low-hilly warm zone, characterized by a mild climate and abundant rainfall.
