Zhiyuan Hall is located in Xiushui Village, Yuankeng Town, Shunchang County, and dates back to the Qing Dynasty.

Xiushui Village: Xiushui Village, Yuankeng Town, Shunchang County, is situated southwest of Shunchang County and is the location of the town government. In the early years after liberation, it was merged with Fufeng Village to form Fuxiu Township. From 1955 to 1984, it was known as Xiushui Brigade, and since 1984 it has been Xiushui Village. The village is located in a low hilly, warm region with a mild climate, abundant rainfall, and an elevation below 300 meters. The average annual temperature is between 18°C and 18.9°C, the frost period lasts about 80 days, annual precipitation ranges from 1600 to 1700 millimeters, the relative humidity is 80%, and there are 1736 hours of sunshine annually.
