The cliff carvings at Dragon Head Rock are located in Shuinan Village, Shuangxi Subdistrict, Shunchang County, dating back to the Song Dynasty.

Shuinan Village: Shuinan Village is situated on the south bank of the confluence of the Futun River and Jin River in Shunchang County. The village office is located at No. 141 Chengnan Road, Shuangxi Subdistrict, Shunchang County. The village covers a total area of 13.5 square kilometers, with a population of 1,931 people in 558 households, and includes 6 natural villages: Qipanchang, Xialiao, Shuinan, Yangben, Wuliting, and Xikeng. The main street is Chengnan Road.
National Highway 316 passes through our village, while Provincial Highway 214 and the Shunchang branch of the Shanghai–Fuzhou Expressway go through the Wuliting natural village.
Scenic spots in Shuinan Village include Dragon Head Rock and Yunfeng Temple.
