Yangkou Red Tourism Town is a national AAA-level tourist attraction.

Yangkou Town is the only old revolutionary base area in Shunchang County that preserves historical sites from the First Revolutionary Civil War, the Anti-Japanese War, and the Second Revolutionary Civil War, boasting a profound heritage of red history and culture. The town area contains not only the former site of the Political Department of the Eastern Army but also numerous revolutionary relics such as the Red Army Bridge, the former office of Peng Dehuai, the former office of Mao Zemin, the former site of the Yangkou Soviet Government, Xiangnan Street, Military Station No. 17, and the People’s Theater.
