Zhujiang Hot Spring City is situated in Baodi District, Tianjin. Baodi lies to the north of the Yanshan Mountains and close to the Bohai Sea. It features natural and cultural attractions such as "Ji Jie Yun Shan," "Shi Chuang Jin Ding," "Chao Bai Fei Lian," and "Zhao Xia Wang Ri." In the surrounding area, there are many internationally and nationally famous tourist destinations. To the east, it is approximately a one-hour drive from Beidaihe and the Eastern Qing Tombs, the largest imperial tomb complex of the Qing Dynasty. To the north, Chengde Mountain Resort is about a three-hour drive away. The area is also just 45 kilometers from Panshan Mountain — praised by Emperor Qianlong of the Qing Dynasty as “Had I known of this mountain, why would I have gone south of the Yangtze?” — and the ancient Jizhou Huangyaguan Great Wall. The location sits at the heart of a geothermal resource zone, with high-quality hot spring water located about 3,000 meters underground. The underground reservoir holds an impressive volume of 1.1 billion cubic meters, covers a thermal source area of nearly 200 square kilometers, and discharges water at temperatures ranging from 96 to 102 degrees Celsius. To the east of the project lies the Chaobai River, which is over 1,000 meters wide at the surface and connected to the surface water systems of the hot spring city. This makes the area exceptionally rich in water resources. Zhujiang Hot Spring City spans 22,500 acres, with a planned total construction area of approximately 4.35 million square meters. It is being developed in ten phases and includes Shangjing Villas, Zhujiang Dijing Hot Spring Resort, Water Palace Hotel, a sports center, a 27-hole golf club, and Zhujiang International Foreign Language School. The area offers vast green spaces, fresh and natural air, and expansive flowing water systems — making it a comfortable and relaxing retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life, where visitors can fully unwind and connect with nature.
