Dongshan New Grand House is a cultural heritage site protected by Fujian Province.

Dongshan New Grand House is located in Dongshan Village, Jiaomei Town, Zhangzhou City, and dates back to the Qing Dynasty.

Description: Built during the Daoguang era of the Qing Dynasty (1821–1850), it faces south and consists of a front courtyard, front hall, main hall (central hall), connecting corridor, rear hall (rear hall), and wing rooms, covering a total area of 410 square meters. The front hall is five bays wide and two bays deep, the main hall is five bays wide and three bays deep with a front porch, the rear hall is five bays wide and three bays deep, and the wing rooms consist of a row of five rooms. All structures feature load-bearing walls and traditional gabled roofs.

In 2013, Dongshan New Grand House was designated as part of the eighth batch of provincial-level cultural heritage sites by the People's Government of Fujian Province.

Protected area: An additional 20 meters extending outward from each side of the building.
