The Former Site of the First Party Branch in Haicheng County – Yuexi Store is located at Shop No. 25, Jiuer Yi South Road, Haicheng Town, Longhai City.

In November 1926, progressive student Chen Yinglong (also known as Chen Jingsheng), in support of the revolutionary cause, sold two mu of family land to raise capital. He opened a small shop on Ximen Street in the county town of Haicheng, selling progressive publications, daily necessities, and also offering photography services. The shop served as another activity base and underground liaison station for the Party in Haicheng County. In the same month, the CPC Haicheng Branch was established, with Zhong Shengdao as the secretary. The branch’s activities were carried out at Haicheng County No. 1 High School and the Yuexi Store.
