Former Site of the CPC Zhangzhou County Committee
In late May 1929, Li Jinfa was appointed as the Secretary of the CPC Zhangzhou County Committee, with its base of activities located at Pushi An. Taking on the role during a critical time, Li Jinfa traveled between Pushi An and Xiannan Township, promoting the Party’s policies, strengthening grassroots Party organization, organizing peasant armed forces, and launching a series of battles against reactionary forces, striking a heavy blow to their rule. By the end of 1931, Deng Zihui arrived in Zhangzhou to take over as Secretary of the CPC Southern Fujian Special Committee. He frequently stayed in Xiannan Township and used Pushi An as a base to carry out Party work.
