The hall faces south and features a two-courtyard layout with side wings, topped with flush gable roofs. In front of the main structure lies a ritual pond (panchi) and courtyard, while a turtle-back-shaped rear courtyard lies behind. The total area covers approximately 2,600 square meters. Stone components and the wooden beams and brackets are exquisitely carved.
