It covers an area of 1,960 square meters, with a built-up area of 798 square meters; the Qianyuan Ancestral Hall was first built in the mid-Qing Dynasty and was renovated in the 11th year of the Tongzhi era (1872), covering an area of approximately 840 square meters, with a built-up area of 422.8 square meters. Both ancestral halls consist of a front hall, main hall, inner courtyard, and corridor rooms, featuring a two-courtyard layout with side wings, using a mixed post-and-lintel and bracket-arm wooden structure with a gable and hip roof. The beams, brackets, and decorative panels are mostly adorned with carvings and painted designs. This ancestral hall serves as the ancestral temple for members of the Xia clan of the Shushan lineage from Zhangzhou, Taiwan, and overseas.

Protected Area: Extending 20 meters westward from the western shore of the pond, 20 meters outward from the rear walls of the main halls of both ancestral temples, and 10 meters outward from the north and south wing rooms of both ancestral halls.
