Fuyang Zifu Temple

Fuyang Zifu Temple is a cultural relic protection unit of Anhui Province.

Zifu Temple is located in the middle section of Dasi Street, Luci Community, Gulou Subdistrict, Yingzhou District, Fuyang City, Anhui Province.

It was first built during the Jiayou era of the Northern Song Dynasty (1056–1063) and expanded during the Xining era, boasting a history of over 900 years. It is the oldest existing building in Fuyang. Originally constructed in the Jiayou era of the Northern Song Dynasty (1056–1063), it was expanded during the Xining era (1068–1077). It was renovated during the Wanli era of the Ming Dynasty and the Kangxi, Qianlong, and Daoguang eras of the Qing Dynasty. Due to its large scale, it is commonly known among locals as the "Great Temple." Comprehensive restoration work began in 1992.

Luci Community: Luci Community was established in August 2003 through the integration of the former Luci Neighborhood Committee and Xida Neighborhood Committee. Located in the southwestern part of Fuyang’s old city area, it borders Luci Street to the east, the western city wall to the west, Linquan Road to the south, and Yinghe West Road to the north. Covering an area of 0.253 square kilometers, the community has approximately 1,300 households and 4,647 residents, divided into eight resident groups. Key institutions in the area include the Fuyang People’s Hospital, Fuyang No. 1 Vocational High School, Fuyang Preserved Fruit Factory, Fuxiao Primary School, and Yuying Kindergarten.
