Mingzhu Plaza is situated in the Hefei Economic and Technological Development Zone, spanning 180 acres. The plaza boasts magnificent Gothic buildings, with floral designs encircling a musical fountain. Its smooth and elegant lines create a refined aesthetic. When music begins to play, the fountain responds dynamically, moving up and down, left and right, in graceful, captivating motions that showcase a harmonious blend of music and nature. The artificial waterfall is picturesque, transporting visitors into a world of imagination. Over 2,000 pigeons playfully interact with guests, adding a particularly delightful touch.

The plaza houses the administrative office building of the development zone, the largest musical fountain in East China, the five-star Mingzhu International Hotel, and a luxurious 32-lane Mingzhu International Bowling Center. It serves as a comprehensive service center integrating commerce, finance, residential living, office space, and leisure. It is also an important gateway for the development zone, as well as for Hefei City and Anhui Province, to the outside world.
