Ji Yu Hall is located in Tachuan Group, Tachuan Village, Hongcun Town, dating back to the Qing Dynasty.
Ji Yu Hall has been designated as a county-level cultural relics protection unit.
Tachuan Village: Tachuan Village is situated 15 kilometers northeast of Yi County’s county seat and 3 kilometers from the Hongcun Scenic Area. The area features the typical landscape of the Jiangnan hills—mountain-surrounded, water-adjacent, with dense forests, lush bamboo, fragrant flowers and singing birds in all seasons, and year-round misty charm, making it a highly inviting environment. The village comprises 14 villager groups, with 420 households and a population of 1,183. It covers a total area of 8.66 square kilometers, including 1,336 mu of arable land and 14,600 mu of forested land.
