The Meixikou Revolutionary Martyrs' Cemetery, a county-level patriotic education base, is located in this village. Meikeng Village consists of six villager groups, with 246 households and a total population of 951. It has 1,279 mu of arable land, including 876 mu of paddy fields, 178 mu of dry land, and 14,442 mu of forested area.
