Qizili Town: Qizili Town is situated in the southern part of She County, with the Hangzhou–Huangshan Expressway running through it. It borders the Qingliang Peak to the east, faces Qiandao Lake to the south, and connects to Dazhang Mountain to the north. The town enjoys convenient transportation and is one of the major economic and trade hubs in southern She County. It is also the hometown of Wang Maoyin, a renowned financial expert and the only Chinese person mentioned in Karl Marx’s "Das Kapital." The town covers an area of 158 square kilometers, comprising 32 villages, 9,912 households, and a population of 33,000.
