Huicheng Town: Huicheng Town is the seat of She County, one of China’s Famous Historical and Cultural Cities. Established in the Qin Dynasty, it served continuously as the administrative center of a prefecture or fu after the Tang Dynasty, historically known as “Huizhou Prefecture.” It is one of the most representative sites of Huizhou culture.
