Beian Town: Located in the southern part of She County, Beian Town is 17 kilometers from the county seat. In 1999, it was listed as a provincial comprehensive reform pilot town. Covering a total area of 90 square kilometers, it governs 20 village committees and one neighborhood committee, with a total population of 27,000. Major transportation arteries linking Huangshan City to the developed coastal areas of Shanghai and other regions—the Huihang Expressway and Huangqian Highway—run through the town, providing extremely convenient transport. The area boasts beautiful landscapes and abundant resources, and is the birthplace of “Huangshan Tribute Chrysanthemum,” one of China’s four famous chrysanthemums, earning it the reputation as the “Home of China’s Tribute Chrysanthemum.”
