Cunshengxuan is located in Zhanqi Village, Beian Town, dating back to the late Ming Dynasty.

Cunshengxuan has been designated as a county-level cultural heritage conservation unit.

Zhanqi Village: Zhanqi Village nestles against the clear Yi Stream in the southeast and embraces the scenic mountain ranges in the northwest. It is 4 kilometers from the government of Beian Town and 10 kilometers from the ancient county seat of She County in Huizhou. The Huizhou-Hangzhou Expressway entrance and exit in She County is located in Zhanqi, and the Hangzhou-Huizhou Highway runs through the village, making transportation extremely convenient. Zhanqi Village covers a total area of 8.5 square kilometers. Its ancient village site selection and construction follow the symbolic feng shui principles of “resting against mountains, encircling waters, and facing screens,” sharing a homologous spatial pattern with most villages in Huizhou. Li Yuling in the northwest is considered its ancestral mountain, from which two mountain ridges branch out.
